1. Aceptación
Al descargar, registrarte o usar MiBebé (“la App”) aceptas estos Términos de Uso. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.
2. Descripción del servicio
MiBebé es una aplicación para que padres y tutores registren y consulten información sobre su bebé (tomas, sueño, pañales, peso, altura y estadísticas). Parte de las funciones puede requerir una suscripción Premium.
3. Cuenta de usuario
- Debes iniciar sesión con Google o Apple Sign-In.
- Eres responsable de la actividad realizada con tu cuenta.
- Debes tener al menos 18 años o la mayoría de edad en tu jurisdicción, o usar la App bajo la supervisión de un adulto responsable.
4. Uso permitido
La App se proporciona para uso personal y familiar. Te comprometes a:
- Introducir solo información verdadera y de la que seas responsable
- No usar la App con fines ilegales o que vulneren derechos de terceros
- No intentar acceder a datos de otras familias sin autorización
5. Suscripciones Premium
- Las suscripciones disponibles (por ejemplo, mensual y anual) y sus precios se muestran en el paywall de la App y en las tiendas.
- El plan anual puede incluir una prueba gratuita de 7 días, según la oferta vigente en tu plataforma.
- La suscripción se renueva automáticamente al finalizar el periodo, salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del fin del periodo actual.
- Puedes gestionar y cancelar la suscripción en cualquier momento:
- iOS: Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones
- Android: Google Play → Pagos y suscripciones → Suscripciones
- El pago se carga a tu cuenta de Apple ID o Google al confirmar la compra, o al finalizar la prueba gratuita si no la cancelas a tiempo.
- Restaurar compras está disponible en la App si cambias de dispositivo o reinstalas.

Los reembolsos se gestionan directamente a través de la tienda donde compraste:
7. Compartir con familia
Si generas un código QR para compartir el perfil del bebé, autorizas a esa persona a ver y, según los permisos de la App, gestionar esos datos. Eres responsable de con quién compartes el acceso.
8. Aviso importante (no es consejo médico)
MiBebé es una herramienta de registro y seguimiento. No sustituye el consejo, diagnóstico ni tratamiento de un pediatra u otro profesional sanitario. Ante cualquier duda sobre la salud de tu bebé, consulta a un profesional.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
La App se proporciona “tal cual”. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no nos hacemos responsables de daños indirectos, pérdida de datos o perjuicios derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la App, ni de decisiones tomadas basándote únicamente en la información registrada.
10. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de “última actualización” indica la versión vigente. El uso continuado de la App tras un cambio significativo implica la aceptación de los nuevos términos.

1. Acceptance
By downloading, signing up for or using MiBebé (“the App”) you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service description
MiBebé is an app for parents and guardians to log and review baby information (feedings, sleep, diapers, weight, height and statistics). Some features may require a Premium subscription.
3. User account
- You must sign in with Google or Apple Sign-In.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use the App under the supervision of a responsible adult.
4. Permitted use
The App is provided for personal and family use. You agree to:
- Enter only accurate information for which you are responsible
- Not use the App for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights
- Not attempt to access other families’ data without authorization
5. Premium subscriptions
- Available subscriptions (e.g. monthly and annual) and prices are shown in the App paywall and in the stores.
- The annual plan may include a 7-day free trial, depending on the offer available on your platform.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of the period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage and cancel the subscription at any time:
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account upon purchase confirmation, or when the free trial ends if you do not cancel in time.
- Restore purchases is available in the App if you change devices or reinstall.

7. Family sharing
If you generate a QR code to share the baby’s profile, you authorize that person to view and, according to the App’s permissions, manage that data. You are responsible for whom you share access with.
8. Important notice (not medical advice)
MiBebé is a logging and tracking tool. It does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a pediatrician or other healthcare professional. If you have any concerns about your baby’s health, consult a professional.
9. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or harm arising from the use or inability to use the App, nor for decisions made solely based on the information you log.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date indicates the current version. Continued use of the App after a significant change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
